Flexplates

Flexplates wear and crack due to the continued stresses applied to them during normal driving.

Flexplates connect the drive between the torque converter and engine, these plates are designed to flex when you throttle on and off.

We have seen flexplates made out of alternative materials brought into our shop which have failed after only a few months, this is due to the wrong material used.

Transgear has the right material, it has a high stainless content, is highly corrosive resistant, with good flexibility properties.

We can have many types of flexplates laser cut to your own pattern.
