Complete range of Automatic Transmission Parts
Pan Gaskets & Filters:
All servicing items for GM, Ford, Chrysler , Japanese and European transmissions including the introduced CVT (constant variable transmission) models.
Sonnax specialty items:
These valve body and transmission items are redesigned to meet or exceed OE manufacturers specifications to eliminate typical transmission related faults.
Automatic Transmission Repair Manuals:
We have available over 100 different manuals to help in your transmission overhaul or fault diagnosis.
Also we have manuals covering identification of electrical components including fault diagnosis codes and valve body ball locations.
Electrical Items:
A range of valve body solenoids are stocked including shift / torque converter control / overrun / pulse width modulated line pressure and kick-down.
Transmission Coolers:
We carry eight different models and sizes in stock to suit small 4 cylinder vehicles to 4WDs and V8 diesel powered vehicles.
Transmission Cooler Hose:
Two sizes available which will cover all vehicles 11/32" and 3/8" inside diameter.
In-Line Filters:
Magnetic filters to suit both the 11/32" and 3/8" cooler hose, also available is our Perma-cool.
Screw on cartridge type filter, a must to minimise metal particles from entering your transmission.
Standard Shift Kits and Transgo Reprogramming Shift Kits :
In stock are three stages of shift kits to improve the durability and performance of your transmission from our standard on road shift kits up to our full competition (still automatic shifting) or manual shifting transmission shift kits.
Cooler Line Flush:
Available in a pressurized container form, essential if transmission has been overhauled and transmission hoses and radiator cooling cavity are required to be flushed out.
Lubegard Transmission Fluid Protectants:
Lubegard are a well known
USA brand of transmission fluid additives to further enhance the cooling and lubricating properties of the standard automatic transmission oils. Will readily mix with all brands of auto transmission oils.
Ask about our Red, Black, Green and Platinum bottle, also available is a torque converter lock-up anti-shudder additive.
Transjel For Transmission Assembly:
An excellent sticky Jel to keep your components in place while rebuilding your transmission.
Automatic Transmission Fluids: (CVT FLUIDS)
Dexron 11 / Dexron 111 / TQ95 (Suit BTR) / CVT fluids all carried in stock in 4Ltr / 5Ltr containers and also available in 210Ltr drums. CVT fluids also available in 20Ltr containers.
Powersteering Kits & Boots:
Ask about our range of powersteering repair kits and available rack boots for manual and powersteering racks.
WORKSHOP:
Ringgears:
Our workshop has available a range of new and reconditioned ringgears, we can also repair your customers own ring gear teeth which will result in a near new finish.
This service is available for both manual flywheels and automatic transmission flexplates.
Flexplates:
We can re-manufacture a range of flexplates for passenger car and industrial equipment (forklifts etc) to our customers exact specifications.
TORQUE CONVERTER RECONDITIONING SERVICE:
We have an extensive torque converter repair service available from just a simple cut open and clean out to a totally modified HI STALL torque converter for Hi Performance or racing applications.
